KONSTANTINOU 26-32 67100 Xanthi is governed by these Terms and Conditions and terms of use posted on the website r-shop.gr. By entering r-shop.gr and by using the services of the shop, you accept these Terms, without any exception. If you do not agree with these terms you must refrain from the use of the shop and every transaction on this. The sending of your order automatically means the acceptance of this Agreement and all these terms. Please read them carefully. Also note that the use or purchase of any other services provided by r-shop.gr, are subject to the terms of this agreement, unless there are indicated deviations from these terms.

Product Information 

The pictures of the products are indicative. Moreover, with regard to the characteristics and descriptions of the products from our partners or suppliers, r-shop.gr is relieved of any liability with regard to the validity of their contents.

The product for sale 

The characteristics of the products for sale are available and you can find them by following the “search instructions” on r-shop.gr and select the name of the corresponding product. 

Prices 

The prices mentioned on the website are in Euros and include all taxes (23% VAT), excluding shipping costs. The customer undertakes the shipping costs which are displayed during the order and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. R-shop.gr reserves the right to modify the prices of products on this site at any time. However we pledge to apply the prices listed on the site at the time of your order. 

Availability 

Note that we execute your order depending on our products available in stock, and that the availability of the products is indicative. If any of our products are not in stock, we are committed to communicate with you via email within 2 working days from the date of your order, informing you about the period within which the product will be delivered or about the complete lack of any specific product.

Payments 

R-shop.gr puts at your disposal the following payment methods:

  1. By credit or debit card

  2. Cash on delivery (that amount of EUR)

  3. . Through bank deposit i-ban: GR5602601270000750200233551, EUROBANK. Send us a copy of the bank payment by fax 2541029494 or by email at info@r-shop.gr. We will send your order, as soon as we receive a copy. If you use web banking you can deposit the amount and send us by email at info@r-shop.gr the receipt of the deposit. Select the bank you want (by click on each bank) and you will be directed to the corresponding page (web banking) of that bank.

  4. Through paypal. 

The on-line payment by credit or debit card is performed via the security system "Secure Socket Layer" to ensure the encoding (encrypting) of your bank details on the network via the secured environment of  Bank EFG Eurobank-Ergasias S.A.

Transaction Security

R-shop.gr ensures the safety and the integrity of the data it collects about users of the website and therefore takes the necessary measures to protect the personal information that you provide in any way. These procedures protect user data from any unauthorized access or disclosure, loss or misuse, and alteration or destruction. If the user chooses to pay by credit card, the credit card transactions are made with the security system of Eurobank Cards by the Bank EFG Eurobank-Ergasias S.A.

Order Cancellation 

R-shop.gr has a mechanism to cancel an order (in whole or in part) that has been registered. For any cancellation of order (complete or partial) you will have to send an e-mail or fax to info@r-shop.gr or 2541029494. This feature is provided, if the e-mail or fax received by us in working days at the latest by 14:00 and by the time we inform you about the shipment of your order.

Product Return Policy


Τhe following instructions are EXCLUSIVELY for International/European orders, excluding Greece


When the customer accepts the products, has to check if they correspond to the original order.

It is also required to test the purchased product without removing the price tags to make sure that the product meets the order. (Otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition as delivered and not accepted for return).


If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the product, notifying us immediately by email to info@r-shop.gr or by phone at +30 25410 29494 or +30 25410 69069 informing us if that you are sending the product/s back. CAUTION! IN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, NO REFUNDS OR PRODUCT CHANGES MAY BE ACCEPTED!

The data you should give us besides the name, is the number of your order and the code of the product/s you want to send back.


To accept the products, they must: not be used and / or worn, not be washed, altered or suffered any kind of damage. Do not remove the price tag or any tags, and do not damage the packaging (belts, shoes, bags, accessories, shirts) which is part of the product. In case of returning shoes, the original package of the designer should accompany the shoes, and not another. The box of the shoes is not a shipping container. For this reason you should not glue labels or packing tape over it. The lingerie and swimwear are tested over the underwear for hygiene reasons, so you should not remove the transparent protective films.


Please note, that on orders outside Greece, for the return of products, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, choosing the shipping company he wishes

When we receive the product/s and they are in the same condition that they have been sent from the beginning, we make the refund OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT/S to the customer


So, if the customer prefers to make a replacement of the product with another one, he must follow the steps above, and place a new order choosing the new/right product or size.

CAUTION! IN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, NO REFUNDS OR PRODUCT CHANGES MAY BE ACCEPTED !



2. RETURN POLICY of Defective products


R-shop must pack all products in the best possible way to reach their destination without damage. If the client receives a product that has been severely damaged in the package and that has affected the product, it is considered as a defective product and should be replaced.

A product is considered as a defective product when there is a proven and obvious manufacturing fault. The products that are damaged by wear and tear after a month of purchase are not considered as defective products. The customer is also obliged to follow the washing instructions listed on the tag inside the clothes. Failing to follow these washing rules is not our responsibility.

If you determine any of the above problems, you should contact us directly by e-mail (info@r-shop.gr) or by telephone at +30 2541029494 or +30 2541069069 and R-shop has to replace the defective product with a new one if available or another chosen by the customer.

Note that in case of disagreement on the defect, R-shop has the right to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, to determine whether the defect is structural or not. This course requires about 10 working days. Nevertheless R-shop will try to serve and inform the customer of this process as soon as possible.

Shipping and billing procedures are the same as described above.



Force Majeure 

R-shop.gr is not responsible for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances that are not attributable to the fault of r-shop.gr or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples could include strikes, terrorist acts, war, problems of supplier / transport / production, currency fluctuations, governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters. If this lasts more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
